SoccerLAB has won an award for ‘Best Football Training Technology of the year’ at Fifex, a football industry & exhibition forum in Turkey. The award was given toe Koen Beyen of SoccerLAB by Ergün Penbe, former player of Galatasaray and winner of the UEFA Cup.

The Fifex awards is one of the most prestigous awards in the soccer world. At Fifex stakeholders from all layers of the football industry gather to talk about the present and future of football. Particpants, speakers and exposants from all over the world are given the opportunity to talk to top teams doing their winter buildup in Turkey.

SoccerLAB, a succesfull spin-off of UHasselt, is a management suite for clubs, academies and federations. With SoccerLAB they can centralize video- and data from all players, teams, games and training sessions and use this big data to analyse and improve their business.
